Creating a high-growth adventure tourism brand

 

We helped Go Orange, now part of RealNZ, to rethink a number of their customer experiences to drive greater customer engagement and significant growth. We ran a series of innovation sprints with GO staff over two years across their jet boat, rafting offerings as well as their overall customer experience that drove significant growth in their performance. The partnership was so successful, Go Orange’s GM, Luke Taylor, decided to join Launchsight.

Go Orange’s success was recognised through it being recognised twice on the Deloitte Fast50 list and being awarded Best Activity, New Zealand in the Australian Adventure Tourism Awards.

And Luke Taylor picked up the Tourism NZ gong for Emerging Leader …just saying.
